123retention.

Setup and reporting live inside Commerce7. The member experience uses your website’s existing Commerce7 fonts, colors, and buttons, with no separate theme configuration.

1. Install the app in Commerce7

Open Apps & Extensions in your winery’s Commerce7 admin and look for 123retention. You can also browse the Commerce7 App Store. If the app is not available to your winery yet, contact support@123commerce.co for installation help.

2. Choose your pause options

Open 123retention under Marketing. In Clubs, choose your winery defaults and the pause lengths you want to offer, from 1–12 months. Individual clubs can use those defaults or have their own settings. Pause offers can be turned on or off by club.

Your club must be a traditional Commerce7 wine club with online cancellation enabled. Commerce7’s existing nine-month pregnancy pause remains available as an exception to your selected pause lengths.

3. Add the website snippet

In 123retention, open Setup and copy the Installation Snippet. Add it once to your website’s shared header or footer. Your website developer can help place it.

The snippet is required. Installing the app in Commerce7 alone does not add the pause offer to your website.

Check the connection

Sign in on your winery’s website and open Club Memberships.
Return to 123retention’s Setup tab in Commerce7.
Select Check Installation to see whether a connection has been recorded.

Members can still cancel in the same screen. A pause is optional.
